MUA Bronzer Shade 2

I have yet another MUA product for you lovelies today, it is the MUA Bronzer Shade 2 - so not the lightest bronzer and it is £1.

The packaging itself is not that bad...however it does look a bit cheap and tacky. It does not break easily which is great if i am keeping it in my bag, so i have not worries of it bronzing the things in my bag.
It is quite a dark bronzer for my skin tone but a light swish over the cheeks works well for me. It makes me look less like a sheet of paper and gives me a nice glow. Although i wouldn't recommend this for contouring as it is quite a muddy colour and won't make you look right.
As you can see from the swatch below there is a lot of pigmentation in this. Perfect if your just getting into Make Up or on a tight budget.
Overall if push came to shove, i would choose my Benefit Hoola Bronzer but this is a very good bronzer in comparison.

Holiday Essentials!

In a couple of days i am going to be off to Portugal for 3 weeks and as you can imagine i have been very busy packing. Anyway whenever i go on Holiday, i take a bag of beauty essentials, stuff i need for everything (apart from suncream and very obvious stuff like that).
All the essentials!
So for my 'base' i always take tinted moisturiser because it is really light on the skin, also it has SPF and won't break me out. The on i am taking is Liz Earle Sheer Tint, which i really like a recommend. Also i have a little sample of Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Benefit Foundation as i am testing it on my skin to see if it breaks me out, might do a review.
Next i take my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer, I am obsessed with this! Some days i just wear a bit of concealer on my face as it is such a good coverage! Then i have my Hoola bronzer and my Bobbi Brown lips and cheeks tint. I love to add colour to my face even when i am tanned/burnt! Also one of my all time favourites MUA pressed powder, really helps me with oil control and gives me the slightest bit of coverage!

These products are mainly for night as i don't wear these to the beach. I have my MUA Heaven&Earth palette and my liquid Soap&Glory Supercat Eyeliner and my MUA black pencil liner! These are just my basics for a going out look, but they are so versatile.

This is the 'real' essentials photo, body cream to soothe the skin, deodorant (obvious reasons), lip balm and Spot spray.
Then i have my Makeup Remover, which i really recommend as it is not harsh on my skin and removes the Make Up. Also i have the Triple Performing moisturiser from benefit (review coming soon) which i put on morning and night. A light beachy fragrance is great on holiday! I have been using Hollister Salana Beach.

The mascara's am taking are: Collection Pump up the volume and Max Factor 2000 Calorie! Thiese are just mascara's that do their job!

Finally i bring my brushes, hair essentials and a nail file. Again simple products!

What are your holiday essentials that are not in this post?

May Favourites!

I know i am a tad late on doing this but i have some amazing products that i have loved this month so i really wanted to share them with you! (Also i have a cheeky book in my favourites assortment aswell)

1. Hoola Bronzer - £23.00
As some of you may know, who live in England, there has been spurts of sun throughout the month of May. Unfortunately i was not lucky enough to get that sunkissed look on my face, but this bronzer definitely made it look like i did. I just gently brushed this over my cheekbones and forhead giving me that beautiful sunkissed look. Obviously you can build it up, but whenever i attempted to build it, it looked like someone had smeared mud on my face?!

2. Clinique Chubby Stick - Mega melon - £16
I have nearly used this up as i have been wearing it everyday this month! I love it, it's moisturising with long lasting colour. I am very fussy what i put on my lips, it has to be moisturising or i don't like it, so this was wonderfully moisturising. Definitely going to repurchase this product.

3.Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips & Cheeks - Pale Pink - £18.00
Again, great shade for summer/spring as it adds light colour to your lips and cheeks! I love to pair this with my Rimmel nude lipstick, it just makes my lips look naturally pink and pretty. On my cheeks i only apply a little on the apples of my cheeks to give me a healthy glow.

4. Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation. £8.99
I have done a review on this, so don't need to go into too much detail why i love it! Just it is amazing in sunlight, a light foundation. Also its gives a sparkly effect making you glow in the light!

5. Chocolate Wishes - Trina Ashley £6.99
My last item is a book this is such a fun easy read! Perfect for the holidays in the sun, where you do nothing but lie on a deck chair all day! Sadly this holiday i have been revising for exams, but when i wasn't this took my mind off everything, just great fun! If you love girly romantic/comedy type books, pop into tesco or local bookshop and purchase this!
